The San Juan County Continuum is a group of organizations providing services throughout San Juan County, New Mexico, including the Navajo Nation. We provide a comprehensive spectrum of services to meet the needs of children and their families.

Services provided by the Continuum cover birth to adult for individuals, children and families, with assessment and referrals. Licensed and caring professionals offer shelters, drug and alcohol abuse counseling, and native traditional practices. The services include: prevention, education, treatment, shelters and homes, and other support including in-home services.
