New Beginnings—Navajo United Methodist Center
Farmington.
Provide transitional housing with an intense case management support for women
and children who are survivors of domestic violence. Women may live up to one
year at the shelter, while they prepare for independent living.

Family support services, family’s first pre-natal care, parent education,
parenting classes, time-limited reunification, mid-level family preservation
services, toy lending library, crisis nursery, and individual, group and family
therapy. Includes a protection shelter gateway program for offenders, family
counseling, children's programs, and special groups of communication, self-esteem,
anger management, chemical dependency, divorce, etc. Program Gateway is a twenty-six
week offender program.
